Special Events:
First Event is
the annual kick-off for the beginning of the school
year at Martin High School. The 2008 First Event will be held on
August TBA. This event is the first fund-raiser
of the season for all booster clubs and is an opportunity for
all students and parents to get a look at what the extra
curricular activities are offering for the upcoming year.
First Event is concluded on the football field with an
introduction of the football team, the cheerleaders, and the
band. The Baseball Booster Club has a table at this event
for membership sign-up. We also sell t-shirts, hats,
bumper stickers, and our famous Warrior Dog.
Grand Slam
will be held on September TBA at the
baseball field. The concession stand and spirit shop will
open at 6:30pm??? and the 2008-2009 Booster Club kickoff meeting will
begin at 7:00 pm???.
This event is open to all students and their families wishing to play
and/or support Martin baseball. This is a great opportunity to see the
Martin baseball complex and visit with the coaches
and booster club members.

Section for details on our upcoming Fall Craft Show which
will be held October 18 & 19, 2008.
The Annual Baseball Banquet will be held
in May (date to be determined) following the completion of the regular season.
The location for the 2009 banquet will be announced during April. There is no charge for
team members, and a $25/person charge for guests. Invitations will be mailed out in
April.
