Game Summary
 Shane Griffin pitched a three hit shut out striking out five and walking one. Defensive highlights included Jake Mizell making a great on the run catch in left to end the 2nd inning. Mike Chovanec made a great attempt to stop a shot just over his head in the 3rd inning. There were several good routine plays made in the infield as well as some good catches of pop up fouls by Garcia and Chovanec.

In the 1st inning, Chovanec hit a nice base hit to get on base. Jantzen Witte was up next hitting a home run over center field scoring the first two Warrior runs. Jordan Imhoff followed with a solo home run over center field. Daniel Garcia reached base on a single with Tanner Hapeman going in to pinch run. Hapeman stole second but was left hanging with the last out being made by Brian Ragira. Kyle Blackwell hit a base hit in the 2nd and stole second base. Mizell and Witte both drew a walk. Imhoff followed with a double scoring three runs. In the top of the 3rd Garcia and Ragira drew walks and Jensen got a hit to right field loading the bases. Blackwell hit a fielder’s choice with Hapeman being forced out at home. Ragira then scored on a wild pitch. Mizell hit a sacrifice fly to left field scoring Jensen before the nice relay play from left to short to third base tagging Blackwell for the third out. In the 4th, Witte and Brown got base hits. Garcia hit a double scoring Witte and then Ragira hit a double scoring Brown and Hapeman who was pinch running again for Garcia. Jenson then hit a solo home run – his first of the season. We had nine pinch hitters in the top of the 5th with Paul Gonzalez leading the hitting with a triple. Jay Hiller brought Gonzalez home with a single up the middle. Hunter Reinhardt then hit a single down the left field line putting two on base. Hapeman reached base on balls to load the bases. Trent Hunter was up next and also drew a walk scoring Hiller. The Warrior scoring culminated with a grand slam home run by Stewart Person!
