Game Summary

Mike Hill is on the mound with his 3rd start for the Warriors.  A mild threat in the top of the 1st inning by the Jaguars is held off by a ground ball double play by Jantzen Witte, Will Keiser & Tyler Martin.  The Warrior offense gets started as usual, with Harrison Law hitting a solo HR in his first at bat of the night.  Witte follows with a double to the center field gap advances to 3rd on a sac fly by Jordan Imhoff and then scores on a pass ball.  Michael Chovanec is hit by a pitch to lead off the 2nd inning but is thrown out trying to steal second.  Tyler Martin hits a double off the right field wall but is left stranded.  The top of the third the Jaguars get on base on an error and a hit, but the Warriors escape without giving up a run.  Law leads off the bottom of the inning with a single and gets to 2nd base on a passed ball.  Witte hits a hard grounder off the 3rd baseman’s glove and reaches 1st. Keiser’s infield single scores Law.  Imhoff hits another sac fly to advance Witte.  Brian Nephew reaches on a fielder’s choice and Witte scores on an error as Keiser and Nephew advance. Chovanec draws a walk to load the bases but 2 K’s finish the Warrior hopes of scoring any runs. In the bottom of the 4th, Daniel Garcia reaches on a Jaguar error and Law continues his streak with a fly ball that is misjudged by the left fielder.  Keiser’s line drive single through the hole at short stop and scores Garcia and Law.  Keiser then advances to 2nd base with the throw home.  Imhoff follows with a double to score Keiser and then Chovanec rips one down the 1st base line to score Imhoff.  The top of the 5th inning sees Imhoff come to the mound.  He gets a strike out and fly ball to end the Jaguar at bat. Chase Brown is put in the game in the Warrior 5th and leads off with a double then moves to 3rd base on ground ball by Tyler Osier that is mishandled by the Jaguar 2nd baseman.  Osier ends up at 2nd base following a bad throw.  Witte gets a 2 RBI single to end the game with the Warriors winning 10-0.
