Game Summary

A strong offensive showing from the freshmen team and great pitching from Josh Bragg led to the 30-1 win for the Warriors during the first round of the Martin tournament.  The Warriors racked up 16 runs in the 1st inning followed by 7 runs each in the 2nd and 3rd.  Bragg faced only 14 batters in 4 innings.  He had 8 strike outs and no hits while two Texans reached on walks during the 4th inning.  Jay Hiller and Eric Jeske both had a single and a triple.  Stewart Person had three hits and Brandon Haller had two hits.
