Game Summary

Martin avenged an earlier loss to the Richland Rebels with a lopsided 9-2 victory in the consolation finals of the Arlington High tournament.  The Warriors broke open a close one run game with a six run outburst in the sixth inning to put the game on ice.  Freshmen Jordan Imhoff had another strong outing on the mound for the Warriors going four innings before giving way to setup man Blake Byrd, and closer Zac Zielinski.  At the plate the Warriors were led by Blake Sanders, whose run scoring triple in the second inning gave Martin the lead, and Harrsion Law who added two hits.  The Warriors played a solid defensive game as well, with Brian Nephew turning in a couple of nice plays at third base.
