Game Summary

The Warriors scored early and often in support of Josh Marshall, who pitched 4 innings to get his 4th win of the season.  Josh only allowed 1 earned run and 2 hits, while the Martin bats lit up the Volunteer pitching for 18 hits and 15 runs – ultimately run-ruling the Bowie team in 5 innings.  Seven Warriors had multiple hits, and there were a total of 6 doubles.  Josh Marshall and Logan Batlle each had 2 doubles, while Eric Hanlon continued his hit barrage with yet another double, as did Trent Blanchard.  Brett Kazmierski had 3 hits, and Josh Marshall and Logan Batlle were both 3 for 3.  Shaun Garcia, Eric Hanlon, Chase Edwards and Trent Blanchard each had 2 hits.  Bryce Peterman came in and closed out the game for Josh, pitching the 5th.
